The research group develops companies and organisations in a global environment by creating new knowledge and innovative people-centred solutions to improve work management, organisational competences and leadership, and to exploit the potential of hybrid work in decision-making and business.
Research and development focuses on co-creative management and responsible leadership, diversity management, proactive management, communication and team skills in hybrid work as well as on project management, especially in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
The emphasis in our research and projects is placed on future-oriented, innovative and solution-oriented cooperation with different stakeholders.
